This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 CW: Swearing（I got this book two weeks early from my local bookstore）TIGERSTAR IS A FUCKING ASSHOLE I WISH HE DIED seriously this is the most pissed I've ever been at a warrior cats character since Bramblestar I want to strangle him This fucker brings like all of his warriors to RiverClan， who have ALREADY REFUSED HIS HELP MULTIPLE TIMES， and when they don't comply he surrounds them？ Threatens them？ Threatens to kill Duskfur while saying in the same sentence that he's trying to help him？ And the CW: Swearing（I got this book two weeks early from my local bookstore）TIGERSTAR IS A FUCKING ASSHOLE I WISH HE DIED seriously this is the most pissed I've ever been at a warrior cats character since Bramblestar I want to strangle him This fucker brings like all of his warriors to RiverClan， who have ALREADY REFUSED HIS HELP MULTIPLE TIMES， and when they don't comply he surrounds them？ Threatens them？ Threatens to kill Duskfur while saying in the same sentence that he's trying to help him？ And then he proceeds to act like RiverClans leader after beating up the leaderless， struggling Clan？ I fucking hate him。 I used to be indifferent towards him but now he's one of my least favourite characters I hope he dies slowly and painfully Besides that this book was really good？ Besides the Night x Sun romance like please no。 But Frostpaw is getting more character and I love the reveal at the end that she actually doesn't have a connection with StarClan， which is something we haven't seen before from a main series protagonist （Besides Shadowsight but he was weird， Frostpaw is just normal） and I also like how Sunbeam stands up to her mom。 Rowankit's death really hurt though:（ And plot wise with Frostpaw realizing the murders were connected is also great it means hopefully we'll get some progression in the next book。 Also Owlnose is pathetically hilarious but I'm so so so glad he didn't become leader Also amazing setup for Bramblestar being a bad leader and people thinking Squilf is better。 I personally hope he gets kicked from leadership by the new rule lol。 That being said I'm not sure i want Squilf to replace him？ Don't get me wrong she's my favourite character， I just think having someone younger might be better Pleasepleaseplease do not make Frostpaw x Splashtail a thing （he's literally deputy when she's still an apprentice wtf） and doubly do not make Sunbeam x Nightheart a thing My hope for Splashtail is that he's secretly involved with the murders， including the one of Frostpaw's mom， and Frostpaw is super betrayed by this 。。。more
